If your client, friends or family purchase one of our great cruise or land packages then you will receive credit points towards your own MyPlanet/MyBentours cruise or land travel.

The more clients, friends and family who purchase, the more travel referral credit received.
  • 1 person @ $2,500 per booking or above with the balance paid and passenger departed = $100 credit per person
  • Groups 5 or more people @ $2,500pp or above with balance paind and passengers departed = $450 credit per group.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions
  1. A Referral is defined as an entry at the www.myplanetaustralia.com.au site Refer a Friend page or a completed pdf Referral Form sent via email, fax or mail.
  2. A Referrer or Referring Agent is a person who sends a Refer A Friend page from www.myplanetaustralia.com.au site or completed pdf Referral Form sent via email, fax or mail.
  3. A Referred Client is someone who has not previously purchased from MyPlanet/MyBentours and who books travel with MyPlanet/MyBentours after receiving a Refer-a-Friend Program link or an emailed, faxed, mailed MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral Form from a Referrer or Referring Agent.
  4. A Qualified Referral is one where a Referred client has booked travel to the appropriate value, presented the Referral Form received from Referrer, paid balance in full and departed on travel.
  5. A Referred Client booking must include a MyPlanet/MyBentours cruise, land or rail tour package with travel insurance.
  6. Booking value and balance paid in full must be $2500 or more per person.
  7. Only one Qualified Referral Credit of $100 value can be earned for each inidvidual Referred Client. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referred Client will not be considered a Referral.
  8. Only one Qualified Referral Credit of $450 value can be earned for each group of 5 or more Referred Clients travelling together on same tour. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referred Clients will not be considered a Referral.
  9. MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral Credit will be issued only to individual named as the Referrer on the MyPlanet/MyBentours referral form.
  10. Maximum $1000 referral credit per person available to be used by Referrer or Referring Agent on MyPlanet/MyBentours travel per booking.
  11. For each booked and qualified Referral a MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral credit of $100 per person and $450 per group will be held in the MyPlanet/MyBentours Tourplan account of the Referrer or Referring Agent within ten (10) days after booking balance received in full and client has departed.
  12. Bookings cancelled by the Referred Customer prior to balance payment or departure do not qualify for MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral credits.
  13. A Referring Agent can earn MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral credits for no more than twenty (20) Qualified Referrals bookings per calendar year.
  14. Bookings for international flights, domestic flights, day rail, day ferry, city cards or local payments are not included.
  15. Referral Credit is not transferable, redeemable for cash or commission or used in conjunction with other discounts.
  16. Referral Credit expires 12 months from booking departure date.
  17. Referral of immediate family is excluded spouse or defacto partner, children under 18 years.
  18. The amount of MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral credits earned for Qualified Referrals is subject to change by MyPlanet/MyBentours at any time without advance notice.
  19. The MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral program and all use of the Referral Form on the Web Site are subject to the Site's "Terms of Use" and "Privacy & Security Policy", posted on the Site.
  20. If a Referrer provides a MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral Form to another person by email, the email must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with clients, friends and family members. Anonymous Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral Form in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of the Referrers account and deactivation from the MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral Credit program.
  21. MyPlanet/MyBentours expressly reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer has made a purchase with fraudulently obtained MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral or uses or attempts to use MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral or the MyPlanet/MyBentours Referral Form in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in violation of any statute or governmental regulation
  22. MyPlanet/MyBentours Limited reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
