The travel itinerary suited us down to the ground. To have several days before and after the cruise to see other parts of Norway was terrific. Our Flam railway trip gave us a couple of nights in Flam, also most enjoyable.
The railway journey across Norway to Oslo was absolutely breath taking! Virtually along the ridges of snow capped mountains! Amazing. We have hundreds of photos of Norway, mine are now used as screen-savers!
Thanks to your searching we came back via Japan. Rather than spend time in Tokyo, we ended up going directly from Narita Airport to Yokohama and were very impressed. We had a wonderful time. We are now quite happy to visit Japan again.
