Juno

The MS Juno, built in 1874, is the world’s oldest registered ship with overnight accommodation in 29 cabins on three decks. She was one of the first ships operated by the Göta Canal Steamship Company. The beautiful “grand old lady” was rebuilt in 1904 and her current appearance dates to 1963.
The dining room and lounge are found on the middle or shelter deck and the upper or bridge deck boasts a covered aft deck with a perfect view in both sun and rain. The cabins are all tastefully fitted with brass details and handsome textiles. They are small, but cosy, leaving an impression of how people once travelled. All cabins have a washstand with a basin offering hot and cold water. Shared shower and toilet facilities are installed on each deck. All cabins are on the outside and above the waterline. The cabins on shelter and bridge decks open onto the deck.
